Our real estate holdings are arranged in two Funds according to their development horizon: Terra I with a development strategy of 15 years and Terra II for assets with development projection above 30 years.
The assets of the Terra I Fund are categorized according to their use – Industrial, Tourism and Urban – with the aim of advancing each project and maximizing the value of the opportunities in each sector.
